Boris Grachevsky and Ekaterina Belotserkovskaya

Boris Grachevsky died from complications of coronavirus pneumonia three years ago, and the trials of his heirs continue. The creator and artistic director of Yeralash would have turned 75 on March 18, 2024. We tell you how a young widow lives after the death of Boris Grachevsky. And as we managed to find out, the heirs finally divided Jumble. The KP.RU website looked into this complicated matter.

Yeralash” was also divided. The widow reported that Boris Yuryevich’s children from his first marriage suggested that she give up her claims to Yeralash. In this case, Ksenia would not have laid claim to the house and apartment – and they would have been divided by Belotserkovskaya and the master’s second wife Anna, who represents the interests of his daughter-heiress Vasilisa. Belotserkovskaya explained: “My eldest son proposed to me. He told us to share the property with Anya, and give Yeralash to Ksenia. How will I give my children’s share in Yeralash to Ksenia? The guardianship authorities will not sign this for me…” Therefore, apparently she will only transfer her share, and little Philip will receive his part of his father’s inheritance and heritage.

Grachevsky’s eldest daughter, Ksenia, worked with her father at Yeralash many years ago, and when Boris Yuryevich left his first wife after 35 years of marriage, Ksenia was offended by her mother and stopped communicating with her father. Boris Yuryevich was very worried about this, making excuses that he left her mother for no other woman – and for five years before his second marriage he lived alone. Even when Grachevsky was diagnosed with melanoma and underwent treatment, his eldest daughter did not support him. And she didn’t come to her father’s funeral. By the way, there was another trial. The mother of Ksenia and Maxim, the first wife of the founder of the children’s film magazine, Galina Grachevskaya, asked to be allocated a share in Yeralash LLC and Yeralash Producer Center LLC from the part of the business that belonged to B. Yu. Grachevsky. Since Grachevsky created his empire during the years of marriage with his first wife and not without her participation. The court rejected the claim of Galina Grachevskaya, who wanted to help her daughter get a larger share.

And now Ksenia Aleeva-Grachevskaya returned to Yeralash. Since November 2023, the master’s eldest daughter, Ksenia Borisovna Aleeva-Grachevskaya, has become a co-owner of the company that her father once founded. Grachevsky’s eldest daughter already owns 12.49% of the total share in Yeralash LLC and the same amount in Yeralash Producer Center LLC. The widow, youngest son and youngest daughter received the same amount – they just haven’t received the necessary documents yet. And apparently: the widow will transfer her 12.49% to Ksenia, who paid off her debt. Grigoryan has 51% and 50%. Grachevsky had 49% and 50%. By the way, the widow Belotserkovskaya did not know that her husband’s close friend, businessman Arkady Grigoryan, was also a co-owner of Yeralash, and even ordered an examination of Boris Grachevsky’s signature on the document, according to which Arkady Grigoryan received the right to a share of the business. Belotserkovskaya tried to challenge Grigoryan’s rights, but then she herself abandoned the claim. The woman declared this in no way about defeat, otherwise there is no more strength and money for lawyers. In fact: Arkady Grigoryan is present in this company legally.

Note that the eldest children of Boris Grachevsky have excellent relations with their father’s companion. One can only simply assume that the lawsuits to collect Boris Yuryevich’s debts were initiated to put an unemployed widow in a difficult financial situation. In hopeless situations, people become more accommodating.

What’s wrong with Yeralash?

Financial statements for Yeralash companies are available in open sources for 2022. LLC production center “Yeralash”: revenue 9.9 million rubles; net profit “minus” 3.2 million rubles. LLC “Yeralash”: revenue 50.6 million rubles, net profit 2.7 million rubles. For comparison: the 2020 Covid year was difficult for the industry and the company’s profit amounted to 14.8 million rubles. In 2019, the figures were more significant – more than 100 million rubles, but this was the last year when the film magazine received funding from the state.

A large empire and a recognizable brand continue to operate: this company is engaged not only in filming and selling issues of children’s film magazines and other video products. “Yeralash” is a variety of business projects: an acting school and its franchises, an acting agency, a camp, film production, and trademark rights. For example, if you want to send your child to classes at the Yeralash theater studio, you will pay 12 thousand 900 rubles for a month (4 hours a week). There are a lot of people willing. Since children from the studio are often invited to appear in TV shows, commercials, and TV series… Last summer, the company held a film festival in memory of Boris Grachevsky. As under Grachevsky, “Yeralash” is located at the film studio named after. Gorky.

New stories of “Jumble” are being released – they can be viewed on the company’s official resources online. At Grachevsky’s funeral, when his team came to the coffin of the creator of the children’s film magazine, the master’s companion Arkady Grigoryan promised: “We will definitely be filming Yeralash for two more years.” Boris planned everything for so much.” Filming continues now: the same team is working on it as before. The selection of scripts is underway – previously this process was led by Grachevsky, who himself came up with the plots, but now it is a team effort. Then filming. Now in the mornings, reruns of the film magazine “Yeralash” are shown on the STS TV channel.

How does a widow live?

39-year-old Ekaterina Belotserkovskaya is raising her son with Boris Grachevsky – Philip will turn 4 years old in April. The couple could have had two children – when Boris Yuryevich died, then Ekaterina had a miscarriage due to severe stress. Belotserkovskaya herself opened up in the TV show studio: “I was pregnant, but I didn’t know about it. After the funeral I had a miscarriage. It was a short time.” The deceased’s friend Irina Gribulina (like many of his friends) said that the widow was greatly grieved: “Katya simply did not live, but existed after Borya’s departure. She fainted and did not eat anything. I was afraid that she would leave after him. Naturally, the pregnancy was terminated – such suffering. But Katya is courageous and strong.” Life goes on – Belotserkovskaya began going out with her son to premieres of children’s films, attending friends’ children’s birthday parties, and communicating with Grachevsky’s second wife Anna.

On another TV show (where they pay fees for interviews), Ekaterina Belotserkovskaya said: she can still give birth to her late husband, since shortly before his death, Boris Grachevsky froze his biomaterial and left it for storage in one of the clinics in Israel. The widow of the founder of Yeralash said: “I want a girl, but what’s stopping me is that I still have a small child. Of course, I can handle it – from the moment Borya died, I realized that I was strong.” Few people believed such a statement from the widow: they decided that this was her way of “scaring” the older children of her late husband – they say, another heir might appear.

Ekaterina Belotserkovskaya, shortly after the death of her husband (they had been together since 2015), moved out of their country house where they lived. She says that it was hard to be in the house where she and her husband spent the happy period of her pregnancy and the first months of their son’s life. In addition, at night it seemed to the widow that her late husband was walking around the house… Plus, Catherine does not have a car, and living outside the city was simply inconvenient. She moved with Philip to Grachevsky’s Moscow apartment. Katya doesn’t work – she says she’s taking care of her son. She positions herself as an “actress”, writes a book about Boris Grachevsky – she will tell what he was like and publish poems that Boris Yuryevich wrote to his Katya constantly and a lot.

Belotserkovskaya says that her husband did not leave any savings and she has no money at all: “I just want to breathe freely. I don’t want any new lawsuits to come my way. I’m just tired of this. I don’t want people whom Borya trusted to just stick knife after knife into my back…”

Ekaterina Belotserkovskaya receives a monthly social benefit for her son for the loss of a breadwinner in the amount of 7 thousand 153 rubles. What money does she live on, pay utilities, etc. does not report. The woman hopes that she will be able to stay with her son in her husband’s apartment. There is an option that the country house will be sold and the proceeds will be divided between Grachevsky’s eldest and youngest daughter. But things can still change.
